6. Why did I only receive some items from my order?
We have different manufacturer so your items may arrive in separate packages at different time.
7. What is the return and exchange policy?
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if:
- The items does not meet your expectation.
- If the item's size does not fit you. Please check the measurement before placing your order.
- The items gets damaged after your usage.
- If you choose the wrong item/size/color and placed the order without double checking.
- If you think the shipping time is too long. Please refer to FAQ no.4.
- The package is lost.
- If the name/address you provided is wrong. It's the buyer's responsibility to double check it.
- The colors are different from the product picture. Please understand that it might be your computer's brightness/saturation etc.
